General terms and fine print:

Open the door to the room of your choice - furnished in Tyrolean wood - and leave the stressful times of your daily life behind. Feel the holiday in Racines - enjoy a wonderful time in the Berghotel! Choose between a standard double bed room, a family room, a comfort room for the special comfort, a generous suites and a modern panorama suite. Enjoy the wonderful sleep in all of our rooms and suites with the certified Lattoflex sleep system. Experience the relaxing sleep with a sleep system which adjusts to your personal sleeping needs. All our prices are per person and night with a minimum stay of 3 nights and include our “pamper half-board“. For a stay inferior to 3 days we add a surcharge of 10% (all year) - for stays on the weekend from Friday to Sunday we add a surcharge of 15% (during winter). If you prefer a stay which only includes breakfast instead of half board we deduct 15 Euros per person and night from the half board price. For your dog we charge 30 Euro per day without feed. We would like to inform you that dogs are not allowed in the dining area. Additionally, the tourist association charges a visitor's tax per person and night. The rooms are available to you on your day of arrival from 2 pm onward and we kindly ask you to leave the room on your day of departure before 11 am.

Our payment conditions:

In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booking amount by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid directly on site. If you like, you may also transfer the total amount in advance. In case you have to cancel your stay with us, your deposit will only be refunded if you have purchased a travel insurance.

Our cancellation conditions:

The following cancellation conditions apply in case you need to cancel your holiday: there are no cancellation costs up to 4 or more weeks before your arrival. In the period between 4 and 2 weeks before your arrival 50% of the booking amount needs to be paid. In case you do not arrive for your holiday with us or cancel in the last 2 weeks before your stay with us the full amount of the booking price needs to be paid.

Obviously, these cancellation fees can be avoided by taking out a travel insurance. We recommend our HR travel insurance (10 € per night and room).

The HR travel insurance applies in cases of illness or serious accidents of the guest, emergencies of a first-degree family member, death in the family, major damage to the guest's property that requires their attendance (for example a fire). In case you are cancelling your stay with us, we reserve the right to request a medical or other official statement to confirm the reason of your cancellation.

We, in the Berghotel Racines and Tenne Lodges, are highly conscious of the need for healthy and restorative sleep. This is why we adapted all our beds to the Lattoflex sleep system. This bed system offers exactly the kind of relaxation and ease you want and deserve during your holiday in the Alps. The beds in our Berghotel Racines and Tenne Lodges are a wonderful oasis which turn your dream holidays into perfection. Fall asleep, wake up and feel at ease.
