The Sport- and Wellnesshotel**** Racines also spoils you with its culinary specialties which represent the climate, the landscape, the culture and the people of this wonderful valley. The meals are sunny and light, typical for the area and at the same time vivacious, traditional but also innovative. Our chefs try to rediscover traditional recipes but also integrate elements of Italian and International cuisine. In their pots they mix north and south to an unforgettable choice of tastes.

Especially for children: It is not easy to handle a menu of six courses for little children, not even for older ones it is fun. They do not want to wait along, sometimes they do not enjoy the taste of the meals and it even looks weird in some cases.
How can we improve that? It is easy in our Wellness-Sporthotel Racines. For the little and the small children we offer a special children's menu. Wonderful delicacies for the kids kcn be found on our children's menu. You can choose these special meals for children every day at breakfast or at dinner. Children's menu in the 4 star hotel in the Alps: Your young ones should feel at ease in our valley of Racines. One of the culinary delicacies your little ones can choose from is Pizza Margarita or Salami Pizza (please order it during the summer season at breakfast, during the winter season the pizza gets delivered from our Pizzeria Almtenne). Additionally, we offer for your children: Maccheroni with ragout, tortellini with ham and cream-sauce, sausage or Wiener Schnitzel with chips,
 turkey cutlets with rice, Kaiserschmarrn (traditional South Tyrolean sweet made out of pancake batter)
, crepes with Nutella. P.S.:  Obviously also grown-ups can order something from the children's menu ;) Special requests are always welcome in our 4 star spa hotel in the Alps.

Our wine list offers a great choice of sparkling wines from the following wineries: Carpenè Malvolti, Comitissa Brut Riserva and Lunelli. Delicious champagne is served from from Veuve Clicquot, Moёt & Chandon, Taittinger, Dom Perignon, Dom Ruinart and Roederer. Our South Tyrolean white wines include the fresh-fruity Pinot Blanc, the fruity Chardonny, the fresh Sylvaner, the aromatic Veltliner, the delicate Kerner, the elegant Riesling, the full-bodied Pinot Grigio, the flavourful Sauvignon, the delicious Müller-Thurgau and the dry Gewürztraminer. The Italian white wines are the Bianco di Custoza, Soave, Lugana, Chardonnay, Brezza, Orvieto Campogrande, Pinot Grigio, Grecchetto of the winery Bigi and Greco di Tufo. You will not miss much when you look at our red wine offer! What about a light red wine from the lake of Caldaro or a Vernatsch? A Saint Magdalen?
