General terms and fine print:

All our prices are per person and night with a minimum stay of 3 days and include our “pamper half-board“. For a stay inferior to 3 days we add a surcharge of 10% (all year) - for stays on the weekend from Friday to Sunday we add a surcharge or 15% (during winter). Additionally, the tourist association charges a visitor's tax per night and person which is not included in the price and will be paid directly at the guesthouse. For your dog we charge 20 Euro per day without feed (30 Euro starting in 2025). We would like to inform you that dogs are not allowed in the dining area. The rooms are available to you on the day of your arrival from 2 pm until 11 am of the day of your departure.

Our payment conditions:

In order to confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the booking amount by bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid directly on site. If you like, you may also transfer the total amount in advance. In case you have to cancel your stay with us, your deposit will only be refunded if you have purchased a travel insurance.

Our cancellation conditions:

The following cancellation conditions apply in case you need to cancel your holiday: there are no cancellation costs up to 4 or more weeks before your arrival. In the period between 4 and 2 weeks before your arrival 50% of the booking amount needs to be paid. In case you do not arrive for your holiday with us or cancel in the last 2 weeks before your stay with us the full amount of the booking price needs to be paid.

Obviously, these cancellation fees can be avoided by taking out a travel insurance. We recommend our HR travel insurance (10 € per night and room).

The HR travel insurance applies in cases of illness or serious accidents of the guest, emergencies of a first-degree family member, death in the family, major damage to the guest's property that requires their attendance (for example a fire). In case you are cancelling your stay with us, we reserve the right to request a medical or other official statement to confirm the reason of your cancellation.
