We care for your physical well-being. Every day a large breakfast buffet, that leaves nothing to be desired, awaits you at our comfortable dining area. Once a week we serve a special sparkling breakfast with Prosecco. In the evening you satisfy your appetite with fine appetizers from our starter- and salad-buffet. After that our chef will serve a tasty five course dinner that will leave you speechless. The fine ambience is accompanied by a selection of famous South Tyrolean wines. Once a week your menu is completed by a delicious dessert buffet and many other delicacies. Please enjoy yourself – have your well-deserved holidays!
Berghotel Racines - Where old friends make new friends...

We do understand that holidays in our 4 star hotel are not so fun for little children. A 5 course menu can be too long and uninteresting for the little ones. To avoid any unhappiness we prepared a special menu with dishes for children. These dishes for children or any other special wishes can be signed at the breakfast table or ordered at dinner. During the winter season we also do serve pizza from our Pizzeria Almtenne. In the summer season we prepare the pizza in our Berghotel - please order it at breakfast.

There is nothing more delightful than a good glass of wine! Accompanied by a delicious meal or by itself - a classy glass of wine completes a wonderful day. Especially in our 4 star hotel in the Alps! Our cute little province around Bolzano offers a special range of wines. Delicacies do come from the lake of Caldaro, Southern South Tyrol, the area around Merano and the valleys of the Isarco and the river Adige. Our Berghotel Racines features a wonderful choice of South Tyrolean and Italian red and white wines. Additionally our wine list includes sparkling wines, rosé wines and sweet dessert wines. Our Hannes provides us daily with a wine recommendation for our dinner menu. Let us seduce you with the right glass of wine for the delicious culinary delights our kitchen team whips up for us. We offer sparkling wines from the winery Bulgarini, Carpené Malvolti, Bellavista, Arunda, Haderburg and many more. Especially interesting is the winery Arunda in South Tyrol. We sell delicate champagne produced by Veuve Clicquot, Taittinger, Ruinart, Roederer and Dom Perignon. Our South Tyrolean white wines are the fruity Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sylvaner, the Veltliner, the aromatic Kerner, the elegant Riesling, the full-bodied Pinot Grigio, the aromatic Sauvignon, the delicious Müller Thurgau and the dry Gewürztraminer. We serve a nice range of Italian wines such as Bianco di Custoza, Soave, Lugana, Chardonnay, Brezza, Orvieto Campogrande, Lighea from the winery Donnafugata and Vermentino from Sardinia.
